Yes. Every account and key is sourced from authorized regional channels and tested before delivery. We're not a hacked-account marketplace. If anything ever stops working in the warranty window, we replace it free.
Most products (Spotify, Netflix profiles, Steam keys, Windows keys, Canva, Office 365) are delivered automatically within 5 minutes. A few products with a manual step (Adobe CC, family plan slots) deliver within 2–24 hours. The product page tells you exactly what to expect.
Three reasons: (1) We use regional pricing arbitrage — buying in countries where the official price is lower and reselling at our markup. (2) For shared accounts (Netflix, Disney+) we split the cost across 4 buyers. (3) We run lean — no paid marketing, no expensive office, just bots and a small support team on Telegram.
For personal accounts on your own email (ChatGPT, Claude, Spotify, Canva): the ban risk is essentially zero — they look identical to a normal account. For shared profiles (Netflix family slot, etc.): rare account-level disputes can happen, which is why every product comes with a warranty period and free replacement.
Every product has a stated warranty (30 days / 90 days / lifetime depending on product) shown on its page. If your account stops working in that window, message us on Telegram with your order ID and we replace within 1 hour, or full refund.
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, TON. Crypto payments often get an extra 3% discount auto-applied at checkout.
Yes — if we can't deliver within the stated SLA, or the product doesn't work and we can't replace it, you get a full refund within 24 hours. We don't refund products that have already been used (e.g., redeemed gift codes).
Telegram is fastest — average reply under 3 minutes 24/7. Live chat on the site is also up most of the day. Email works too but is slower (a few hours). All channels are linked on our Contact page.
Yes. We're always looking for trusted suppliers and affiliates. Drop us a message via the Contact page with what you offer or your audience and we'll get back within 24h.
We never store card details. Card payments go through our PCI-DSS compliant processor (Stripe-grade). Crypto payments are direct wallet-to-wallet — no info shared. Your email is only used for delivery and support.
