1. What's Covered
Every product on z2x.tech includes a warranty period shown on its product page — typically 30 days, 90 days, or lifetime depending on the product type. During the warranty window, if your account, key, or subscription stops working through no fault of your own, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
2. Replacement Process
- Message us on Telegram or email hi@z2x.tech.
- Include your order / payment ID (find it on the Track order page).
- Describe the issue — screenshots help us resolve faster.
Most replacements are delivered within 1 hour. Complex cases may take up to 24 hours.
3. Shared Accounts
For shared profiles (e.g., Netflix family slots), rare account-level disputes can occur. Your warranty covers replacement of your slot or a pro-rata refund if we cannot restore access.
4. Not Covered
- Issues caused by sharing credentials, violating platform ToS, or changing account details without our guidance.
- Products used beyond the stated warranty period.
- Platform-wide outages or policy changes by third-party services (we will still help where possible).
5. Refunds Instead of Replacement
If we cannot replace a defective product, you are eligible for a full refund under our Refund Policy.
