1. Overview
Because most products on z2x.tech are delivered digitally and often instantly, refund eligibility depends on the product type, delivery status, and whether the item has been used. We aim to resolve every issue fairly.
2. Eligible for Refund
- We cannot deliver within the stated SLA on the product page.
- The delivered product does not work and we cannot replace it under our Warranty Policy.
- Payment was completed but no order record exists (contact us with your payment ID).
Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours.
3. Not Eligible
- Products that have already been used (e.g., redeemed gift codes or activated keys).
- Change-of-mind after successful delivery when the product works as described.
- Issues caused by violating the platform's own terms of service on your side.
4. How to Request
Contact us via Telegram or email hi@z2x.tech with your order / payment ID and a description of the issue. You can also track your order to confirm payment status. We respond within 24 hours.
5. Crypto Refunds
Approved refunds are issued in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. The refund amount is based on the USD value of your original order at the time of purchase.
